These Terms explain how WhyLightWorks may be used, including our public education pages, complimentary access areas, customer resources, team tools, referral links and protected content. We have written them in plain English so it is clear what you can expect from us and what we ask from you.
1. About these Terms
By using WhyLightWorks, registering for access or using a protected customer or team area, you agree to use the website in accordance with these Terms.
These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.
Nothing in these Terms removes or reduces any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
2. Who we are
WhyLightWorks is an independent education and support website operated by independent LifeWave Brand Partners.
We are not LifeWave corporate, and this website is not an official LifeWave corporate website. Where official LifeWave information, videos, links or materials are referenced, ownership remains with LifeWave or the relevant rights holder.

3. What this website is for
WhyLightWorks is designed to help people explore light-based wellness technology, access general education, hear personal experiences, ask questions, receive customer support and, where relevant, learn about an independent Brand Partner business.
Some areas are public. Other areas are protected because they contain more detailed education, customer support or team resources.
The website is an information and support platform. It is not a medical service, financial adviser, employment agency or guarantee of product, health or business results.
4. Adults only — 18+
WhyLightWorks is intended for adults aged 18 or over.
Registration, protected education areas, customer and team areas, the Health Tracker and business opportunity information are not intended for anyone under 18.
If we become aware that an account or protected access has been created for someone under 18, we may restrict or close that access and review any related information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Accounts, passwords and access
If you create an account, please provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity carried out using your account unless the activity results from something for which we are legally responsible.
Please do not share passwords or protected access with other people. If somebody else would like to see protected information, they should register for their own access.
We may temporarily restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, suspected misuse or to protect another user’s information.
6. Complimentary 7-day and 14-day access
Some WhyLightWorks journeys offer complimentary, time-limited access to protected information. Depending on the route you choose, this may include seven-day or fourteen-day access.
Registering for complimentary access:
- does not require payment details;
- does not create an automatic paid subscription;
- does not enrol you with LifeWave;
- does not make you a LifeWave customer or Brand Partner; and
- does not oblige you to buy anything or continue after the access period.
Access may expire automatically at the end of the stated period. If you later choose to become a customer or Brand Partner, that is a separate decision and may involve official LifeWave terms, policies and registration processes.
7. Referral links and your Brand Partner relationship
WhyLightWorks uses referral links and account information so that, where possible, the person who introduced you can remain connected with your journey and support you.
If you register through a Brand Partner’s referral link, that relationship may be stored with your account and used to display the appropriate support or ordering information.
Referral tracking on WhyLightWorks does not itself create a LifeWave account, LifeWave customer relationship or LifeWave Brand Partner agreement.

8. Customer ordering and official LifeWave links
WhyLightWorks may provide links that take you to an official LifeWave website or ordering system. Unless a page clearly states otherwise, purchases are not completed directly on WhyLightWorks.
If you choose to place an order through an official LifeWave link, the purchase is subject to the terms, prices, shipping information, returns policy, product information and other conditions shown by LifeWave at the time of purchase.
Please review the official seller’s information before placing an order. WhyLightWorks does not replace the official terms that apply to that purchase.
9. Customer and team areas
Protected customer and team areas may include training, trackers, support tools, scripts, referral resources, lead/customer management tools, meeting information and other practical resources.
These resources are provided to support your own use of WhyLightWorks and, where relevant, your independent Brand Partner activity.
Team training is educational only. It does not guarantee customers, income, rank, sales, business growth or any other result.
10. Acceptable use
Please use WhyLightWorks lawfully and reasonably. You must not knowingly:
- attempt to gain access to another person’s account or protected information;
- interfere with the security, availability or normal operation of the website;
- upload malicious code, spam or material intended to damage the website or another user;
- use another person’s personal information without an appropriate reason or permission;
- misrepresent WhyLightWorks as an official LifeWave corporate website;
- use protected material in a way that breaches applicable law, LifeWave policies or another person’s rights; or
- use the website to make misleading medical, product or income claims.
If we reasonably believe an account is being misused, we may restrict access while the matter is reviewed.
11. Protected content and intellectual property
The WhyLightWorks name, page designs, original wording, training structures, website tools, graphics and other original content may be protected by intellectual property rights.
LifeWave names, logos, product names, official videos, photographs, publications and other LifeWave materials belong to LifeWave or the relevant rights holder. Other third-party material belongs to its respective owner.
You may use WhyLightWorks material for normal personal viewing and, where specifically provided, for legitimate customer or team support. You may not copy, sell, republish, scrape, redistribute or commercially exploit protected website content unless you have permission or the law allows you to do so.
12. Information you submit
If you submit information through forms, trackers, profile fields, notes or support tools, please make sure the information is lawful and that you are entitled to provide it.
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Please do not use WhyLightWorks forms or trackers for urgent medical information, emergency reports or anything that requires immediate professional attention.
13. Third-party services and links
WhyLightWorks may link to or use third-party services such as LifeWave, YouTube, Vimeo, Wistia, Zoom, WhatsApp, Telegram, Google services, booking tools or other external websites.
Those services are operated independently and may have their own terms, privacy policies and availability rules.
We are not responsible for changes made by a third-party service, but we will try to correct broken or unsuitable links when we become aware of them.
14. Website availability and changes
We aim to keep WhyLightWorks available, secure and up to date, but we cannot promise that every page, video, external service or feature will always be available without interruption.
We may update, improve, replace or remove website content where reasonably necessary, for example because information has changed, a service has changed, a feature is no longer needed, or a security, legal or compliance issue needs to be addressed.
Where a change materially affects an existing paid right or another legal right, nothing in these Terms overrides the protections available to you under applicable law.
15. Information, experiences and results
WhyLightWorks includes education, personal experiences, general wellness information and business training. Individual experiences and outcomes vary.
Please read our Disclaimer for the important limitations relating to medical information, testimonials, product experiences, business examples and income discussions.
Nothing on WhyLightWorks is a guarantee of a health, product, customer, income, rank or business result.
16. Ending or restricting access
You may stop using the website at any time.
You can also contact us if you would like an account reviewed or closed, subject to any information we are required or reasonably entitled to retain.
We may restrict or end access where reasonably necessary because an access period has expired, an account is no longer eligible for a protected area, the account is being misused, or continued access would create a security, legal or compliance problem.
17. Our responsibility
We will use reasonable care in operating WhyLightWorks and aim to provide information that is clear and useful.
We are not responsible for losses caused solely by matters outside our reasonable control, such as an external platform outage, provided this does not remove any responsibility that the law does not allow us to exclude.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including any liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK consumer law.
18. Privacy and cookies
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information may be collected, why it is used, who it may be shared with, how long it may be retained, your rights and how cookies are used.
Where non-essential cookies or similar technologies require consent, they should only be used where the appropriate consent has been given.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the website, applicable law, technology, security or the way our services operate.
The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date. If a change materially affects a registered user’s existing rights, we will take reasonable steps to make the change clear.
20. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also benefit from any mandatory consumer protections and rights available to you where you live. Nothing in these Terms is intended to prevent you from using any court or legal right that applicable law gives you.
